PokéSurvivor 2026-10-14: Account Recovery & Mobile Controls
The 14 October update offered Google account linking for existing name-and-password players. It also improved mobile control placement and clarified the project’s official domain and code license.
Published patch date: 2026-10-14. Reviewed: 2026-10-21. Historical notes can contain rules superseded by later patches; this is not a live server-status report.
What Changed
- A player who linked Gmail could later use Google sign-in to reach the same account. This is not a promise that an unlinked forgotten password can be reset here.
- Settings > Controls gained movable attack, item, pause and joystick positions, including a fixed-joystick option.
- Co-op card overlap, missing enemies after a rift and invitation behavior with an incorrect device clock were addressed. Two-device progress merging was also changed.
- The author reiterated that pokesurvivor.com is the only official game domain and moved the code to PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0.
Current Context
The guide never performs password recovery or asks for game credentials. Cloud-save timing changed again on 20 October, so follow the later Save-button guidance when switching devices.
